Ingredients
  1. 3 Organic Egg Whites
  2. 3/4 Cup Organic White Sugar
  3. 6 Tablespoons of Light Corn Syrup
  4. 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  5. 1/8 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
Instructions
  1. Turn stove on to a medium high heat. Using a double boiler put egg whites, sugar, corn syrup and salt into the double boiler. As the ingredients are warming begin to beat with a whisk or a hand held electric mixer your double boiler ingredients never stopping. This is so your eggs won’t set. Do this for about 3 to 7 minutes until stiff peaks form. If using a hand held electric mixer it will be on the low end of the minutes. By hand around the 7 minutes. Now remove from heat and beat in the vanilla extract for a minute. Transfer to a bowl and use or refrigerate.
