Cheesecake Doughnuts are something that I wasn’t sure I would like, but it taste delicious.  I like doughnuts and I like cheesecake, so this made sense to combine the two together to make cheesecake doughnuts.  I would recommend this recipe to be served for breakfast parties, or in office treats.

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  2. 1/4 cup white sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons of butter
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  6. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  7. 1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
  8. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  9. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  11. 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Topping
  1. Powder sugar
  2. chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degree F
  2. In a electric mixer combine brown sugar, white sugar, butter and mix for 2 minutes. Add egg, cream cheese, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, sat, nutmeg, and cinnamon and beat on a low speed for 5 minutes making sure to scrape the sides with a spatula. Scoop into pan with an ice cream scooper about 10 and bake at 375 Degree F for 15 minutes. Take out and cool. Sprinkle powder sugar and pecan over the tops and serve.
